Below I have included some resources that might be helpful for a variety of people, including crisis contacts, worksheets, and information. If you are a provider and you believe your services might be useful on this page, please contact me to discuss.

I only select items for this list when I have solid reason to believe they are helpful and align with values of justice and compassion. Worksheets

The Genderbread Person - No resource for exploring gender and sexuality is perfect, but this cute graphic can be helpful in exploring gender identity, presentation, sexual identity and more.

Create a safety plan - This form provides the outline to create a safety plan. A safety plan can be useful in managing self harm, suicidal thoughts, substance use and more. It is ideal to work on a safety plan with a mental health professional.

Information

Grief Resources - Hospice and Community Care. This site contains a number of videos and information sheets on various aspects of grieving. You may find information here that is helpful in normalizing the grieving process.
